Jerry Dean Paul Obituary, Lane County OR Motorcycle Crash Death – Junction City Man Killed in Fatal Crash

The Junction City, Oregon, community is mourning the loss of Jerry Dean Paul, 54, who died following a single-motorcycle crash in Lane County on the evening of Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

According to the Lane County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred at approximately 9:00 p.m. in the 93100 block of Alvadore Road after authorities received reports of a motorcycle collision involving a single rider.

Deputies responded to the scene alongside firefighters from the Lane Fire Authority and Junction City Fire to provide emergency assistance.

When first responders arrived, they found Paul suffering from critical injuries and immediately began lifesaving efforts. Despite those efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Officials confirmed that Paul was the sole rider and operator of the motorcycle.

Investigators processed the crash scene, and the motorcycle was removed for further examination as part of the ongoing investigation. Authorities have not yet determined the cause of the crash, and no additional details regarding the circumstances have been released.
